More info

For the production of this artifact we have drawn inspiration from an ancient Roman Gazebo. The iron artefact dates back (probably) to the early twentieth century; the site is located near the Casilina, between the street and one of the two farms that are in the park, raised four or five meters above the road level; the particular iron structure is perfectly visible from the road. The gazebo is also adjacent to the Constantinian Basilica of Saints Marcellinus and Peter at Duas Lauros. The Roman artifact on which the Gazebo is located is probably a tomb.

The structure is treated with Oxistop finish and requires a minimum of maintenance, one treatment every 3 years.

Villa De Sanctis, also known as Parco Casilino-Labicano, is an urban park in the city of Rome. It is located in the Prenestino-Labicano district, within the urban area of Casilino, in the territory of the Municipality of Rome V. The Park has an area of about 12 hectares.

Wednesday, May 30, 2017 we have mounted this gazebo in the garden of the new GUCCI HUB in Milan.

From the Italian national daily business newspaper “Il Sole 24 ore” of September 21, 2016: In an old aeronautical establishment, Gucci inaugurates its new "hub" in Milan, a sustainable space and a 35,000 square meters cultural center. The Gucci Hub is inaugurated today, the new Milanese headquarters of the Kering Group brand, which has chosen to revitalize a building full of memories for the city: the old Caproni aeronautical factory, built in 1915.
