This artifact, of our production, is the copy of a large Etagere Boulanger (Panaia for baker shop), in France most of the ancient bakeries and located in historic centers or in the countryside still have these iron artifacts to stow freshly baked bread. Throughout the 1900s you could easily find beautiful antique iron Panaias in the "brocante" market, we have bought these Panaias for over 20 years and this is the exact copy of the one that seemed to us best for marketing. The original came from the village of Chateau de Foix and was purchased in 1990 at the Beziers market.
