S. Agostino, Florentine church, the church of Ognissanti

is a detached mural painting (200x120 cm) by Sandro Botticelli, datable to around 1480 and preserved in the church of Ognissanti in Florence. Botticelli painted another version of the subject, preserved in the Uffizi.

The work is generally dated to 1480, the year to which Domenico Ghirlandaio's San Girolamo dates back to the work of Botticelli in the church. Due to the analogies of the two works, it is believed that both were commissioned by the Vespucci, as demonstrated by the coat of arms of the family painted under the inscription.

Detached during the modernization works of the seventeenth century church, losing much of the painted architectural frame, it is now hung on the right wall of the nave.
