Woman with Flowers (Italian: Dama col mazzolino or Italian: Gentildonna dalle belle mani) is a marble sculpture of 60 centimetres (24 in) height made by Andrea del Verrocchio between 1475 and 1480. It is preserved at Bargello Museum, in Florence.

The identity of the woman could be Fioretta Gorini, spouse of Giuliano de' Medici, Lucrezia Donati, platonic love of Lorenzo il Magnifico, or the portrait of Ginevra d'Amerigo Benci, of Leonardo.

Dama col mazzolino had influences on Studio di mani, of Leonardo da Vinci. It stand out for having the hands on the chest.
